The subscriptions allow the CM Firm to notify via email, all subcontractors that have subscribed to the project of any addenda the moment they become available. All the CM Firm needs to do is have Basic post the addenda to the web and everyone that subscribed to that project is automatically notified of the addendum. One of the other features is the online ordering system. Transmittals are automatically generated to send with the prints. Once a subcontractor is entered into the system you don't have to type their information in ever again. The system features multiple shipping options as well as a feature called add transmittal. When the add transmittal button is pressed the user will notice another set of their choice is automatically populated and they now have the option without switching to another web page to have additional plans sent to another address.
